We accept most debit / credit cards and Paypal.

Purchased items are to be shipped within 3 business days of payment. Shipment from Uruguay takes between 3 and 6 business days to reach any destination and is made through private courier; this system shall always provide you with a tracking number.

If the courier cannot deliver the package to you (because there is an error in the address or because he did not find you at home), they will let you know that you have a certain number of days to go to pick it up yourself. Once those days have passed, if the package was not picked up, it returns to the origin. The costs for that return (shipping, taxes and customs costs) will be deducted from the reimbursement.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs in your country. 

If you are dissatisfied with your amethyst you can return it and receive a full refund to your debit / credit card or Paypal. Items can be returned within 10 days of their receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped. Please contact us before making a return shipping. The refund will be applied once the item arrives to the return address. The buyer is responsible for the costs of such return shipping, custom fees and taxes. Please make sure the item is packed up safely so it won’t get damaged on the way back. If the item arrives damaged to the customer (if it damaged in transit): he customer should provide photo of the damage, the packaging and courier pack
